I. Regarding MagicCeramics 
What kind of store is MagicCeramics?
MagicCeramics is an original design brand specializing in hand-painted glassware. We adhere to hand-painting, and each glassware item is completed by the designer personally, striving to strike a balance between practicality and artistic appeal. 
2. Are your products machine-printed? No. All the patterns are hand-drawn, not printed with stickers or by machines. Therefore, each piece of work has its own unique details. 
II. Regarding Product and Handicraft Characteristics 
3. Why do the received cups look slightly different from the pictures?
Due to the unique nature of hand-painted products, there may be slight variations in color shade, line thickness, and pattern position. This is precisely the charm of handmade art and does not constitute a quality issue. 
4. Will the hand-painted patterns fade?
Under normal usage and proper maintenance, the patterns have good durability. However, we do not recommend using a dishwasher or strong cleaning agents for cleaning, as this will help extend the lifespan. 
5. Are the glass cups suitable for hot drinks?
Our glass cups are suitable for both cold and hot beverages on a daily basis. However, please avoid sudden temperature changes as it may damage the glass. 
III. Regarding Order Placement and Payment 
6. How to place an order on MagicCeramics?
You can simply select your favorite style on the official website, add it to the shopping cart, and complete the payment. 
7. Which payment methods are supported?
We support a variety of popular online payment methods. The specific options will be shown on the checkout page. 
8. Can I modify or cancel the order after placing it?
If the order has not yet entered the production or shipping stage, you can contact the email to request modification or cancellation; for customized products, once the production begins, cancellation is generally not supported. 
IV. Regarding Customized Services 
9. Is custom-made hand-painted glassware available?
Some products offer customization services, such as text, patterns or color adjustments. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the details. 
10. Can custom-made products be returned or refunded?
Unless there is a quality issue, custom-made products usually do not support returns or refunds. 
V. Regarding Production and Delivery 
11. How long does the production take?
Standard products are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days; custom or special style products typically require 5-10 working days for production. 
12. Where will you ship the goods from?
The order will be dispatched from the United States. The exact shipping arrangements will be based on the order confirmation information. 
VI. Regarding Transportation and Delivery 
13. Which regions do we offer delivery services to?
We provide delivery services within the United States and to some international regions. 
14. How long does the transportation take?
Within the United States, it usually takes 3 to 7 working days. For international orders, it takes approximately 7 to 20 working days, depending on the destination. 
15. Are the glass cups safe during transportation?
We use multiple protective packaging to ensure the safety of transportation. However, if there is any damage during transportation, please contact us immediately. 
VII. Regarding Delivery and Damage 
16. What should I do if the goods are found to be damaged after receiving them?
Please contact us within 48 hours after signing for the delivery and provide clear photos of the goods and the outer packaging. We will assist in handling the issue. 
17. Can we refuse to accept damaged packages?
If the package is obviously damaged in appearance, it is recommended to take a photo before signing for it and refuse to accept it. At the same time, contact the customer support immediately. 
VIII. Regarding Returns and Refunds 
18. Do you offer free returns without reason?
Due to the nature of glass products and hand-painting, we currently do not offer free returns without a valid reason. 
19. How long will the refund be available?
The refund will be returned to your original account after the review is approved. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days, subject to the processing time of the payment institution. 
IX. Regarding International Orders 
20. Are there any customs duties to be paid for international orders?
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, and the related fees will be borne by the recipient themselves. 
21. What should I do if the package is returned due to customs clearance issues?
If the return is caused by the recipient's fault, the related costs and losses will be borne by the customer themselves. 
X. Regarding Product Maintenance 
22. How to clean hand-painted glassware?
It is recommended to wash by hand, using warm water and a neutral cleaner. Avoid using steel wool or strong brushes. 
23. Can it be put in the dishwasher or microwave?
It is not recommended. High temperatures and strong water flow may damage the hand-painted patterns and the safety of the glass. 
XI. Privacy and Security 
24. Is my personal information safe?
We attach great importance to user privacy and only use your information within the scope necessary for order processing and service. 
25. Will my information be sold to a third party?
No. We will not sell or misuse your personal information.
