Thank you for choosing MagicCeramics. We specialize in the original design and production of hand-painted glassware. Each piece is meticulously hand-drawn and rigorously inspected. To ensure your shopping experience and also to safeguard the reasonable rights of handmade products, we have formulated the following return and refund policies. Please read and understand the content of this policy carefully before placing your order. 
I. Scope of Application 
This return and refund policy applies to all products purchased through the official channels of MagicCeramics.
As hand-painted glass cups are fragile and some are custom-made items, the return and exchange rules for different products may vary. The specific details are as stated in this policy. 
II. Conditions for Returns and Refunds 
In the following circumstances, MagicCeramics will provide you with a return or refund service: 
The goods were damaged during transportation.
If you notice any obvious damage, cracks or inability to use the glass cups upon receipt or after receipt, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the goods and the outer packaging. 
The received goods do not match the order.
This may include errors in style, quantity or specifications. After verification, we will arrange for a return, exchange or refund for you. 
The product has non-human-induced quality issues.
If there are problems that seriously affect usage or are significantly inconsistent with the product description, after confirmation, a return for after-sales service can be applied for. 
III. Situations Where Returns or Refunds Are Not Supported 
Due to the unique nature of handmade products and glass items, the following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds: 
Returns due to personal preferences
Issues such as color depth differences, hand-painted details variations, and slight asymmetries are all normal characteristics of handmade products and do not constitute quality problems. 
Used or damaged goods
Including but not limited to scratches, bumps, drops and other damages that occur after use. 
Orders that exceed the after-sales application deadline
Orders that did not contact us and submit relevant proof within the specified time (48 hours). 
Customized or personalized products
Items clearly labeled as custom-made, engraved, or with exclusive designs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a quality issue. 
IV. Return and Refund Application Procedure 
If you need to apply for a return or refund, please follow the following procedures:

Problem Description

Clear product photos (if there are any damages or quality issues) 
Photo of the outer packaging (if damaged during transportation) 
The customer service team will review your application within 1 to 3 working days and provide a handling plan for you. 
Goods that are returned without confirmation from the customer service may not be eligible for a refund. 
V. Requirements for Returned Goods 
If your return application is approved, please ensure that the returned goods meet the following conditions: 
The goods remain in their original condition, unused and uncleaned. 
Including complete packaging and accessories 
Use safe packaging to prevent damage during secondary transportation. 
If the returned goods are improperly packaged, resulting in further damage to the items, it may affect the outcome of the refund process. 
VI. Refund Methods and Processing Time 
The refund will be returned in the original payment method. The specific time is as follows: 
Credit Card / Debit Card:
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days. The exact time of arrival depends on the issuing bank. 
Third-party payment platform:
The processing time may vary depending on the policies of the platform. 
Please note that the transportation fees (if any have been incurred) are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our own responsibility. 
VII. Special Notes for International Orders 
For international orders: 
The fees incurred due to tariffs, customs clearance or local policies will not be refunded. 
If the package is returned due to the recipient's refusal to accept it, failure to pay customs duties, or address issues, the related losses will be borne by the customer themselves. 
VIII. Special Instructions for Hand-Drawn Products 
Each glassware item of MagicCeramics is hand-painted, and there may be the following natural variations: 
The shades of color are slightly different. 
There is a slight variation in the thickness of the lines. 
There are slight differences in the positions of the hand-drawn patterns. 
The above situations are not related to quality issues. Instead, they precisely reflect the unique charm of handmade artworks. 
IX. Policy Amendments and Interpretation Rights 
MagicCeramics reserves the right to make adjustments to this return and refund policy within the legal limits and to provide the final interpretation. If there are any updates to the policy, they will be announced on the official website and take effect immediately.
