Each product is unique and may have slight variations. 
Slight differences in color shade, line style, and the positioning of patterns are normal characteristics of handmade products. 
The pictures on the website are for reference only. The actual product should be judged by the physical item. 
The aforementioned manual differences do not constitute a quality issue or a reason for return.

Payment must be made at the time of placing the order; otherwise, the order may not be valid.

A successful order placement does not mean that the order has been accepted. 
The order is deemed confirmed once it has been completed and shipped. 
For customized products, once they enter the production process, in principle, cancellation is not supported.

VII. Transportation and Delivery 
We will arrange for production, packaging and delivery based on the order information.
The shipping time is subject to various factors and MagicCeramics will not be held responsible for any delays caused by force majeure.
