Transportation and Delivery
Thank you for choosing MagicCeramics. We are an original design store specializing in hand-painted glassware. Each piece is infused with the warmth and time of hand-painting. To help you better understand the entire process from order placement to delivery, here are the shipping and delivery instructions for MagicCeramics. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
I. Order Processing and Production Time
The products sold by MagicCeramics are all hand-painted glass cups. Some of the styles are custom or semi-custom items.
After you successfully place an order and make the payment, we will immediately arrange for the order to enter the processing procedure.
Standard products:
The packaging and shipment will usually be completed within 1-3 working days.
Hand-drawn customized or special style products:
Due to the need for manual drawing, drying and quality inspection, the production cycle is generally 5-10 working days. The specific time may be slightly adjusted depending on the order quantity or the complexity of the design.
In case of holidays, promotional activities or unforeseen circumstances, the order processing time may be extended. We will notify you in advance or immediately via email.
II. Shipping Time Explanation
The delivery time refers to the period from when the order is completed, packaged, and delivered to the logistics carrier, and it does not equate to the actual delivery time.
The delivery is usually scheduled from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
After the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the logistics tracking number.
Please note that there may be a delay in the update of logistics information. Generally, it can be checked within 24 to 72 hours after shipment.

IV. Transportation Methods and Timelines
We will select the appropriate logistics method based on your delivery address, package weight and destination, including but not limited to standard logistics or priority logistics.
Domestic delivery within the United States
Standard Shipping:
Delivery expected within 3-7 working days
Priority delivery (if applicable):
Expected delivery within 2-4 working days
2. International Delivery
The shipping time for international orders is usually 7 to 20 working days.
The specific time frame may vary depending on the destination country, the customs clearance speed, and the local logistics conditions.
Please note that during international transportation, uncontrollable factors may arise, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, and flight delays.
V. Packaging and Transportation Safety
MagicCeramics attaches great importance to the safety of its products during transportation.
All glass cups are strictly inspected before shipment and are packed with multiple protective measures, including:
Damping and shock-absorbing material
Strengthen the paper box
Durable Goods Label
Although we have taken the utmost efforts to ensure the safety of the packaging, there is still a certain risk for the glass products during long-distance transportation. If you notice any obvious damage to the package upon receipt, please take photos or refuse to sign for it, and contact us immediately.
VI. Tariffs, Taxes and Customs Clearance Instructions (International Orders)
For international orders:
The product price does not include the possible tariffs, import taxes or customs clearance fees that may be imposed by the destination country.
The relevant fees must be borne by the recipient themselves.
If the package is returned or destroyed due to the failure to pay the customs duties, MagicCeramics will not be held responsible for this.
We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the local import regulations before placing your order, in order to avoid any unnecessary delays or expenses.
VII. Address Entry and Information Accuracy
Please make sure that the following information is correct when placing your order:

Contact Number
If the address is incorrect, incomplete or the recipient cannot be reached, resulting in the delay, return or loss of the package, the relevant responsibilities and additional costs will be borne by the customer themselves.
If you need to modify the address before shipment, please contact our customer service email as soon as possible.
VIII. Delays, Losses and Unusual Situations
Although we will do our best to ensure that the orders are delivered on time, in the following circumstances, the transportation may be delayed:
Weather or natural disasters
The logistics carrier is operating abnormally.
Customs inspection
Peak period during holidays
If the package experiences any abnormal conditions during transportation (such as no updates for a long time, suspected loss, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will assist you in querying the logistics company and providing solutions.
IX. Delivery Receipt and After-Sales Support
Please check the condition of the goods as soon as you receive the package:
If you find any damaged, missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos.
Applications for after-sales service that are overdue may not be accepted.
